Aaron began his career in 2002 working in a full service laboratory while enrolled in the dental laboratory program at Idaho State University. He graduated with honors in the spring of 2004. After graduation, he was offered an opportunity to train in every department of the full-service lab, and upon completion, he remained in a management position for the following seven years. Aaron’s love for complex restorative and cosmetic dentistry drove him to further his career by accepting a position as a ceramist with Matt Roberts at CMR in 2012.
Here he has been able to further develop his talents by working with some of the best technicians and clinicians in the world. Over the course of his career, Aaron has had the opportunity for extensive continuing education and has especially enjoyed his AACD scientific session and the International Symposium of Ceramics courses.
His work has been featured on the cover of the Journal of Dental Technology magazine, and he has maintained his CDT since 2006. He is currently an accreditation candidate with the AACD. Aaron also enjoys spending time with his family, sculpting, and riding his bike.
Prior to joining CMR in 2021, Ashley earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and worked as a retail manager. She is an avid outdoorsman who hopes to help everyone put their best smile forward. When not working, Ashely loves reading, gardening, working with wood, and helping with her family’s cattle ranch.
Brad started working in the dental lab industry in 2005. In 2011, he moved from his hometown of Las Vegas to Idaho Falls and joined CMR Dental as an assistant to Matt Roberts. He currently works as the lead technician in the posterior restoration department. When he is not working, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, riding dirt bikes and playing pickleball.
Prior to dentistry, Brit worked as a surgical technologist for eight years. Brit started as a dental assistant in 2005 after he required a root canal treatment which resulted in a job offer. In 2007, he went back to school for dental technology at Ameritech College then returned to Wyoming where he had a one man in-office lab. Brit came to CMR in 2015 and is working on his AACD accreditation.
Brit has assisted with courses at The Pankey Institute, Spear Education, and 3shape courses here at CMR as well as co-authored an article for The Journal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry. When he is not at work, he enjoys hiking, rafting, skiing, and mountain biking.
Candice has been in the dental field for 29 years; she was a dental assistant for 27 years before joining CMR in May of 2021. Candice works in the model room of the lab and loves doing what she does; she feels like she is crafting every day. In her time off, she enjoys being with her husband and fur babies. She also enjoys reading, doing crafts and spending time with her family.
Heidi graduated from the Dental Assisting program in May of 2013 and was an assistant for two years before starting at the lab in the fall of 2015. Heidi works in the articulating department and enjoys working with her hands. In her free time, Heidi enjoys baking, spending time outdoors, riding ATV’s and being with her kids.
Jessica has worked in the front office and other areas of CMR since 2014. Before joining CMR, Jessica attended Idaho State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education in 2007. She taught various grade levels in private and public elementary schools in Las Vegas, NV and Idaho Falls, ID.
Since joining CMR, she has worked her way through different departments to learn the details of the lab process and has attended several dental meetings. As office manager, Jessica’s goal is to provide exceptional customer service to clients. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, traveling, and reading a good book.
Kate started at CMR in 2022 in the printing, milling, and scanning department. She currently serves as Michael’s assistant. Before joining CMR, Kate worked in the restaurant business.
Born in the USSR and raised in Ukraine, Pasha first worked for the National Ukrainian Dance Company after earning a master’s degree in choreography. In 2004, Pasha immigrated to the United States, where he traded in his dancing shoes to study dental technology.
He started his education at Los Angeles City College and graduated in 2011 with a degree in dental technology. In 2013, Pasha completed the UCLA’s Master Ceramist program directed by Dr. Ed McLaren. After graduation, Pasha worked in a Beverly Hills lab before joining CMR in 2014. In 2024, Pasha became an accredited member of the AACD.
As the manager of the implant and substructure department at CMR, Tracy is our resident expert on all issues pertaining to implant cases. Tracy has been with our team for 22years, so his depth of knowledge is unsurpassed.

Teresa was born and raised on a small farm in Idaho. She started her career at CMR over three years ago, working closely with and learning the ins and outs of full mouth reconstruction cases from Matt Roberts as his assistant. She has over 25 years of experience in dentistry ranging from chairside, treatment planning, fabricating restorations and digital design. She is currently working as a diagnostic designer at CMR.
She has one beautiful daughter in college and two adorable fur babies still living at home. She is passionate about animals and rescue- at times fostering and working on fund raising for our local Humane Society.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, boating, fishing, camping and hiking. When she is not out enjoying the great outdoors, you can find her at home with her dogs with a glass of wine and her nose in a book.
